These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
Clinique de la Brisée reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user’s access to the App at its discretion, without notice, for conduct that the Clinique believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, the Clinique, or third parties, or for any other reason.
